All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every Encargo Hats product. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Within 7 days of delivery, contact us at encargohats@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

The resolution will be at our discretion based on product availability.
